Danielle And compensation!

message 2: by Alex (new)

Alex She apologised

message 3: by Legendary (new) - added it

Legendary @A so she what she apologized? Saying you're sorry won't give back the years that was taken away from him unfairly

message 4: by Sara (new) - added it

Sara It was the police who prosecuted the wrong person. She did not lie about being raped and should not have to apologize for being a victim.

message 5: by Alex (new)

Alex Yeah. She was also coerced by the police into identifying the wrong guy. Focusing on demonising Sebold just draws attention away from the people far more responsible for the miscarriage of justice (the police).

message 6: by Ivan (new)

Ivan She owes him much more than an apology. I dont know how can she live with herself after ruining that mans life

message 7: by Chris (new)

Chris Davis Alex, she wasn't coerced by police. In this book Alice stated that she spotted Broadwater several months later and knew it was the person who sexually assaulted her. She lied, just like you're lying.

message 8: by Chris (new)

Chris Davis Alice saying "I'm sorry this happened to you" and "I'm not sure how this could have happened" isn't a real apology. She lied and falsely accused someone of a crime he didn't commit - that's how it happened. She doesn't even admit she did anything wrong. Truly pathetic.
