"Rabbits" is, at times, a fun techno-thriller based on K. and Chloe playing a real-life game in an attempt to bring it to an end before more people die. So I could ride along with the adventure as the two figure out patterns and solve clues that take them to another clue while avoiding forces trying to stop them. At times, we get explanations for some of the happenings that involve alternate universes and quantum mechanics. But when the big finish comes, it may as well have been magic rather than science that saves the day. Or deus ex machina. Either way, a bit disappointing.
