Characters- many are horrible, pathetic, and inspiring dislike, with a bare few exceptions, who are mediocre.

Story-unoriginal and uninteresting.

Writing in general-not completely without some merit-if sentences and descriptions weren't repeated, over and over, word for word, throughout the book.
