it was amazing

I am in awe to see how many versions of Medea's story can amaze me. I loved this as well as Euripides' Medea. To be honest I enjoyed this one a tad more due to the heavy dramatic effect Seneca injected within the lines. I loved to see gore on stage. I loved how Medea's rites were narrated and I loved how crazy she is. I do not like to see Jason as an innocent figure, i find it quite hypocritical and misogynistic. Regardless I would love to see this play on stage. In terms of catharsis Euripides' Medea wins my heart but Seneca really knows his drama and intrigue lol
