2024 - I think I might have listened to a different version this time as I really didn't find the story clunky at all.
I absolutely picked up more on the comedy on this listen, too.
Clarissa is a bored Whitehall wife, and she longs for drama and excitement, but I think this is a case of being careful what you wish for...
2022 - A fun mystery that you could tell was not a Christie novel but a play.
It cluncked along, at rather an odd pace, filled with odd characters but with a great mystery threaded through it.
I'd love to see it on stage, but I was left disappointed by the book.

I've begun searching for her original plays. I have Mousetrap and Other Plays but would like to find more in play format. Interesting.
