Another first for me, reading an autobiography - in Arabic no less. Enjoyed the details, not to mention the surprising humor from time to time. I believe Dr. Omar simply used his personal story as a vehicle to air out his views regarding some of the disturbing practices we see in our community. I agree with most of what he said, and I hope his book gets through some thick skulls which live in the 6th century.

My sister in law is reading this book, and on a mission to read it after I finish with Ajwan. I'm in a very intense part now, and would like a hideaway to read your book and run away from my kids!!!
