** spoiler alert **
I liked it but it wasn't amazing or anything to me. I think it was about 150 pages too long. I think it could have been shortened. It felt like it was dragging out. It's about two friends who have seen each other through ups and downs. Tully and Kate first meet when in school and then over the years go through different stages over their lives. Tully and Kate have a falling out but then come back together when Kate gets sick. It's about when to say your sorry and not let being bullheaded ruin your friendship. Also, it reminds us not to take just one doctors word and to get checked for cancer early, not to let fear of finding out something take over your life. I also think it's about learning your own dreams and not to follow in someone else's dreams. Liked I said, I liked it but if you have to make a choice between reading this one or "True Colors" by Kristin Hannah, go with "True Colors".

"The 2nd half is better than the first half so far. Tully is making it big and Kate is struggling with motherhood."
