To start off, I can completely see why people are saying this reads very Wattpad-esque. BUT let's not pretend like Wattpad books ain't have us throwing up and crying at one point, so I respect this book truly. Plus it was just so cute and honestly read SO well.

However.....

Anastasia really got on my nerves, and the way her boy best friend Ryan just died (not literally but he was never mentioned again ????) off the face of the earth in the book was strange and a story issue I literally thought about the whole time. I mean she literally was always in the bed with this man...which...that is a whole topic within itself and idk I'm not a fan of the girl living in a house full of men who are her besties trope for some reason LMAO like the whole book there was really on two main girls the entire time. Ehhhhhhhh.

And then how she handled the Aaron situation irked me SOOOOO bad. Her blinders were ON. For 90% of the book?? Y'all the entire time sis was just like "hmm everyone around me is saying this...BUT IMMA DO THE OPPOSITE" but then she was all "communication is important" like yes everyone is communicating you are being a dumbass and you ignore them- like girl pls???

Also I just couldn't get into Nathan for some reason. He was just very mid to me compared to what I have read in other books (I try not to compare like this but...EH)- my feet kicked like once with a lil giggle gaggle maybe.

My last thing is I know it's the epilogue so it's supposed to just wrap everything up...but how the author give us two sentences about this huge accomplishment Ana wanted to achieve basically the entire book. Like HUH? Sis was eating air and suffering emotionally the entire book for one and half sentences about what she accomplished?? I'm trying not to have any spoilers LOL so iykyk but that irked me a lil.

OVERALL however I really enjoyed this! Cute lil palette cleanser while I gear up to dive back into the fantasy genre, so I enjoyed this! (I know y'all are probably like girl you just ripped this to shreds but it was somehow good?? LMAOO) but yes it was and I'm just dramatic and salty about a few points, but I did overall enjoy it.
