Noragami: Stray God, Vol. 5

Yukine makes his first real friend on his own, Suzuha, and this is the fulcrum that balances this volume. For all the chaos Kugaha is sowing trying to bring about Bishamon's downfall, none of this happens if Yukine, in his innocents, doesn't try to make a friend on his "shore."
This is maybe the easiest to spoil volume when trying to talk about it, so I'll say little other than it was a really great installment that has some huge swells. I think that the current story arc is closing in on it's ending and that's good news because the implications that has for the world are huge. So many conflicting emotions from so many characters. I liked this one as much as any so far because it kept raising the stakes.
