Omfg should I even write a review for this book...call me up idk. Why was this so long? For what reason? It's sort of giving undergrad thesis. It's doing so much and yet, not a lot. The observations on translation were giving me, drunk, explaining with passion to my dates in undergrad why I was studying Classics. Why must all of Kuang's characters be the same? Not the identity politics projected into the past...it's a foreign place bb! This was exhausted. I need to go lie down.
