Honestly what really got me for the book was the whole journey and the ups and downs throughout their whole relationship. Sal is a 27 year old profession soccers player, when her idol/ old crush who is a soccer LEGEND becomes the new coach for her team, and he’s a fraction of the man he was before. What could go wrong? 😏I loved watching all the character development and growth!
