I made it to 75% and had to stop. BUT I actually think this is a really good book. It’s well-written and I think may hold a lot of humor and emotion for lots of readers. For me, there were just too many very painful mother-daughter conversations and fights that hit some particular pain spots. And I found myself having to force myself to listen because I didn’t want to feel more pain and ummm duh 😂 I had to stop. Just a not-for-me story.
