Read 2 times. Last read March 16, 2024 to March 17, 2024.
Reread mars 2024 : okay it’s sad but I’ll have to take the book from 5 stars to 4� I don’t know why but this time the French bothered me more than when I read the book last year. The grammar is all wrong, the French is inserted all over the place. I would have LOVED a book with québécois even if I’m French. But I just know it didn’t deliver on that front either. I couldn’t get 100% in the story this time around because of this.
I WISH authors could ask native speakers to proof read their books before publishing them�.. it’s really
disappointing
I have a list of a lot of the grammars errors or things I found weird in my highlights if anyone from his team ever pop here and wants to correct the French 😠better yet they could ask a French Canadian to change it to believable québécois
