This book is insanely good. It has a high school setting like Bully but with a darker edge like Corrupt. Plus is has a message and some scorching hot sex to set it alight.

Ryen is the typical high school mean girl: pretty, popular, a cheerleader. Underneath it all she is insecure and just wants to fit in. So for her the best defence is a good offence. She bullies before she can be bullied. She hates the persona she dons in public. She hates who she is. Her only outlet is the penfriend she has been writing to since fifth grade from the school a town over. With him she can be her authentic self.

Micha is a musician. His connection with Ryen through the letters gives him the inspiration for his lyrics. For reasons of his own he starts attending Ryen's high school using different name and there he sees a very different person to the one he thought he knew.

Ryen is intrigued by the mysterious Masen who sees through her bullshit and calls her on her actions. The sparks fly between them as Masen (Micha) pushes her to reveal her real self, the girl that was his touchstone and inspiration, while she is determined to maintain her protective bitchy facade.

This is one of those books it is best to go in knowing less rather than more. Just know that it is eat with a spoon delicious to read as well as delivering a powerful message. I fucking loved it!
