Okay this book took me a while to get through - partly because the font was relatively small, partly because I’ve been busy - and I would agree with what the majority of reviews say about how this book could be shorter. However, I did enjoy!
I’m not usually a fan of the grumpy X sunshine trope - and therefore the opening of the book wasn’t my favourite as I strongly disliked Anastasia’s character when she was being rude to Nate. However, through the book, I grew to love Stassie, and I understood why she was the way she was. I loved seeing her journey through life, love, and therapy, and her character development was really something. She’s definitely one of my fave characters I’ve read for a WHILEEE.
I’d give this book a 7 or 8 out of ten - it took me a while to get through, but now I’m devastated it’s over. I was so invested and I love all the characters.

"I honestly cannot tell whether I love it or don’t. At first I didn’t like Stassie at all, I thought she was rude for no reason, but I’m growing to empathise with her, and I see why she acts the way she does now. I wanna give her a hug. Nate is literally perfect tho. I’ll update further when I finish the book :)"

"Okay I take back what I said, I’m obsessed. Stassie and Nate are absolutely adorable. I don’t wanna say goodbye to them and now I’m kinda dreading the end (even if it does feel like I’ve been reading this for ages) SIDE NOTE I love henry!! He’s so funny and sweet. He deserves his own spin off book!! I wanna see further delevopment from his character :))"
