Oh, this book was so lovely. Quincy's quest to complete twelve undisclosed requirements in order to inherit her beloved business from her Great Uncle would be an engaging tale on its own. I love tales of orphans making good. But the delicacy with which Beth Brower writes of friendship and personal growth along the way is absolutely exquisite. I cried and swooned and came to love our dear, workaholic heroine. The romantic elements were exactly to my taste. I'm so glad to have discovered Brower's books, as this is yet another one that is simply good for the soul.
