Outliers: The Story of Success

I thought this book was really interesting. The examples he used were all people and events I had heard about but never looked into with a statistical perspective. However, I have two issues with it. First, he doesn't mention any women. I mean come on, you wanna talk about outliers yet not mention any brilliant and impactful women that made differences during a time when all odds were against them?? Doesn't seem right. Second, he basically concludes that all success is a product of almost entirely luck. I agree that luck has a whole lot to do with it, but he almost disregards the fact that successful people have also worked incredibly hard to get them to the top. Regardless of my personal opinion on those two matters, I did enjoy this book and would recommend it to anyone looking for a different perspective.
