If you’ve read the other books in the series this is more of the same. four stories featuring Elric oozing existential dread and a guilt complex.
in this volume Elric falls in love and tries to kick his addiction to the soul drinking hell sword and source of his strength: STORMBRINGER!!!
It’s all good, cheesy fun with evil jerks, gods of chaos and other gods of other stuff, dragons, battles, buxom wenches and albino sexy time.
The fourth story is about tanilorn and some characters I think were in earlier Elric tales but no Elric at all.
Now, I summon thee: Stormbringer!
