Pretty Little Liars. Book one, is basically about 5 girls, Allioson, Aria, Spencer, Hannah and Emily. Allison is like the "most popular girl" she tortures basically everyone in the school. Especially Mona. Mona is the schools like biggest nerd. One night they're all having a sleepover at Spencer Hastings family barn. They all go to sleep and once they wake they see that Allison is gone. They figure she went home, but a few days pass and she is still gone. A few months pass and the police finds a body that apparently belongs to Allison Dilaurentis. The girls attend her funeral and once it's over they all get the same message which says she is still here and knows everything, the message is sent by a blocked number signed by "-A" the rest of the book is based on them getting more threatening messages from the same person and they must find out who it is. This book to me is really good especially since I watch the show. It gives me a really good chance at comparing them both.
