I LOVED Glitch. One of my favorite books ever. And I liked Flip. This was so so.
Carson has a LOT of insecurities and it got a bit tedious. He couldn’t believe what Mak was saying to his face despite his number one rule being they have to be honest with each other. And he proceeded to not be honest with her after that as well. It was frustrating.
That said, the sex was hot.
No cheating. No real breakup (though the infuriating MMC tries because she’s “too good for him� ugh). Primal play. Anal. Pain and breath play. Cum and spit play. No protection.
Neither MC wants either marriage or children. He collars her in the epilogue. Meh. Not my preference but that’s fine.
Doesn’t hold a damn candle to Glitch.
