4.7⭐️ (but i think i’ll round it up tbh)
i understand why this book is so popular 🤗🤗
would never normally read a book like this but i honestly devoured it LOL, i finished this earlier but i wanted to wait a little bit to have it sit in before i did this review!
i honestly did like the characters and this book did a good job talking about addiction, and there definitely was many plot twists in this book that i honestly did not see coming at alll!! lo was lowkey rude asf in this book and i understand that he was going thru a hard time and stuff with his addiction but still. i honestly can say i did enjoy this book and i will definitely be continuing this series
this book was jam packed and talked about so so many deep/ important topics such addiction and tons more, i loved the way it was portrayed and i liked the storytelling. lo and lily are perfect for each other, i think this could be the perfect case of right person wrong time, though they continued to use each other and to hurt each other because of their addictions, they went thru it together, tried to help each other (towards the end) and i loved that. yes they were completely toxic but they had NO idea how to be better for themselves and for each other. no, i don’t think it was selfish of lo at all to step away and go to rehab to help himself be a better partner for lily at all and i think it was the absolute right thing to do of him and i’m really excited to read next about them and i hope that one day they can truly have a healthy relationship again because i do truly believe they belong together.
i also loved the side characters and especially rose and conner, i’m 80% sure there’s a book about them together and i’m so excited to read that !!
id totally recommend this book 100%
