I am a huge huge Tessa Bailey fan, and I love the books of hers that I have read, but personally for me this one did not have the same all enraptured feeling that the others presented. I do think this is a beautiful novel and I love the story line, but not the same satisfying enemies-to-lovers effect as her other book, "It Happened One Summer" which still stands to be my favorite novel by her.
