واقعاً قلمِ موپاسان رو تحسین میکنم. 👏 بدونِ هیچ اضافه گویی، نقاط قوت و ضعفِ شخصیت ها، حوادث و حتی طبیعت رو توصیف میکنه و میتونه چندین دهه زندگی رو خیلی راحت توی چند صفحه به تصویر بکشه.

داستانِ "یک زندگی" درباره ی دختری به اسم ژان هست که سرد و گرمِ روزگار رو نچشیده، چونکه پدرش تصمیم گرفته بوده دخترش رو به صومعه بفرسته تا دختری خوب، پاکدامن، درستکار و مهربان بار بیاد. بعد از ترکِ صومعه، ژان غرق در احساسات، رویاها و امیدها تصمیم میگیره با ژولین ازدواج کنه و اونجاست که زندگی رویِ واقعیش رو به ژان نشون میده.
