really liked it

I had forgotten how much I like Bill Bryson’s writing style. So folksy! While wondering how he came up with this topic I’m glad he did bc it’s like political discussion of that year and totally fascinating. Prohibition? Check. Lindbergh? Check. Babe Ruth? Check. President calling it in? Check. Anal politician? Check. He then goes off on interesting tangents and discusses these too.
