Sometimes as I'm reading a book I think, "I'm either not smart enough or deep enough to understand what I'm reading." But I plow through because #goals. And then I finish the last page and I'm like... "yep, not smart or deep enough." And that folks... was Day in a nutshell for me.

Why would you think that you’re not smart enough? That’s ridiculous! The problem is with the book, not you.

lol i feel the same way about this book
I am almost halfway through and I'm thinking of abandoning it. I hate to do it, but this is painful.
Yup it’s a fairly short book. So I think I should keep at it even though it’s difficult to understand and really not that enjoyable. It did get better towards the end though. The few insightful moments I guess made it sort of worth it.
