I really couldn't get past the cringy writing in here. Not only was it poorly written, it was not giving the vibes I wanted. I wouldn't even mind the family drama aspect, except that the characters were confusing and frustrating, and the first half was so boring. I did enjoy some later parts of the book, but by the time I started having any fun, it felt too little too late.
