** spoiler alert ** It's hard to call anything in this book outright horror, but I found a lot of the early chapters very horrifying. It's like anxiety horror. The later ones not so much, but they were still really interesting to read.

This book kinda gives me Goth vibes, not really because of the subject matter or the characters being similar but just the structure itself. And also in the fact that I wish there was more of it. You could definitely make a series out of it.

One thing I think would have made it better is if there was one more story following Mio in the middle, rather than just at the beginning and end. I love the different perspectives too, but the dynamic between Kaname and Mio is definitely cool, so I wish there was more of it. Still, for the first Tsujimura book i read, it was definitely a nice first impression. Ill definitely try more of her stuff in the future.
