I closely work with refugees in my country and this book grabbed my attention because it's about a story setting I am well familiar with in real life. I won't be judging it from the PoV of someone who is taking the refugee's claim because there were many questions I wanted to ask, especially about their life before reaching Turkey.

Nonetheless, the idea is good, the story is decent, and the narration of the audiobook was done well.

I honestly didn't connect to the characters much but I still appreciated the whole story.
