Haven't read a vampire novel in sometime and this one was refreshing... I like that Cynthia sticks to the vampire traditional myths, while throwing in her own version... I do have to say though I did love the seductive side I was relieved at how Quincie makes a final decision at the end, however sad it may be... My only grip, it that there was a few unfinished thoughts in the book, like mid-scene it jumps and that was alittle disconcerting... But other than that I found it to be an excellent read...
