˗ˏˋ i freaking loved 𝒂 𝒈𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝒈𝒊𝒓𝒍’� 𝒈𝒖𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒎𝒖𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓 and 𝒇𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒗𝒆. the plot twists and how they actually made sense made me have mad respect for holly jackson! i went into the book with high expectations.

� 🎬 ꒱𝒕𝒉� 𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒕
˗ˏˋ the price family is the subject for a disappearance in their family, which happens to be bel’s mom who is the main character. suddenly in the middle of filming the documentary, rachel appears again, bringing with her family secrets.
˗ˏˋ you know how earlier, i was talking about the famous holly jackson plot twists and how i never could guess them? i guessed all of them and i’m disappointed i did. because i guessed all of them, i didn’t enjoy the book as much.

� 🪓 ꒱𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒆𝒓�
˗ˏˋ 𝒃𝒆𝒍: girl is very complex and i feel so bad for how manipulated she was growing up. i actually liked her a lot because we have similar humor and because we’re the same age. i understood her motives, and related to her on why she pushed people away.

� 🎬 ꒱𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆� 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒔
˗ˏˋ rachel went through a lot in those sixteen years and i feel so bad for her. i still don’t understand why she was taken initially either, can’t specify because of spoilers.
˗ˏˋ i want more of ash, because he is amazing and british. he was so cute and i loved how he was with bel.
˗ˏˋ carter deserves more than what she was given. her mother was actually terrible to her, making her feel bad about how much she ate and stuff. food is fuel and she can eat as much as she needs to to dance.
