I flew through this book from start to finish. I never wanted it to end and just the feelings it gave me while reading it were absolutely perfect.

The characters, specifically Freya, were so addictive to read about. Freya is a strong, but caring woman who not only is a badass but acknowledges her mistakes and never quits. I loved her. She reminded me of Lagertha from the show Vikings. Her and our male love interest were so incredible together, their chemistry, friendship, everything was so well done.

And the story of how they are Vikings but some have the magic of the gods in them was pure perfection. I cannot wait for the rest of the story and what’s to come. I need book two and I need it now. Danielle if you’re seeing this, I’ll trade you anything you want for book two lol.
