If you find yourself without a defendable opinion on the Israeli-Palestine chaos & feel strangely embarrassed by your lack of education, you have to start your search for viable digestible information somewhere.🤷🏻♀� I started here.
Now, before you start “two sides to every story”ing me, I fully intend to research both “sides�, however, right now - this book. 😳🤬💔
Dense, heavily researched, heartbreaking, horrifying and heavily criticized (this is NOT the most popular side of this story, at least not by the Western Powers That Be) I believe this book is as good an introduction as any to this impossible perpetual war. Ilan Pappé is a knowledgeable and credible (in my opinion) historian. Definitely too long (but consider the subject) and perhaps TMI, but I highly recommend this book.
