"The Lord of Alamut," written by Zabihullah Mansouri, is a novel set in a captivating atmosphere. Although it is clearly stated at the beginning of the book that the quotes are not based on truth, the story remains highly engaging and enthralling, making it a top-tier work of fiction. However, it lacks historical accuracy for those seeking factual information. The book explores the intriguing question: Was Hassan Sabah an Iranian patriot or an Arab murderer? This is the question it endeavors to answer for the reader.
