How to Spot a Fascist

This is the book of the hour, I think.
There are three essays in this short collection:
1. Ur-Fascism.
2. Censorship and Silence.
3. We are European.
The first two essays are five star essays.
They deal with the issue of Fascism and how Fascist Regimes deal with the Press/Media.
Eco tells that the Fascism that we knew of is no more present in the same form. But it is present in some other forms. To spot such Fascism's Eco gives us some hints - these hints he calls as Fundamental aspects of Fascism. Eco gives 14 hints and they are very much interrelated. To name a few: Cult of Traditionalism, Abhorrence for any kind of Dissent, High and Unnecessary Exalted Sentiments of National Pride, Rhetoric and not a Philosophical Base, a Powerful Image built around a Strong (dominant) Leader, etc.
About the censorship of a Fascist Regime, Eco tells that either they engage in Censorship of Silence (they dictate what you should not talk about) and Censorship of Noise (they dictate what you should talk about).
A Little, but a Powerful Guide for the times.
