Wow. Where do I start? This was raw, intense and it was everything. It's also absolutely wild that some of the events that go on in this book are eerily similar to what's going on in the world right now for Palestine, Sudan & Congo. There were some TRIGGERING parts of this book I couldn't read because of the sheer evil and it's going on in the world right literally now and it's important for us to stay informed and stand for what's right. For Palestine, Sudan, Congo and all other marginalized people. This book had complex characters, a great storyline and it kept engaged and interested and on the edge of my seat. Great read. Can't wait to start the next one
