Forget what I said about any other of the books in this series... THIS is how you do a finale.

Anything I say WILL spoil, but in short I just love the conclusion this series eventually came to. My eyes were glued to the pages by part II, and I could never have anticipated what was going to happen next unlike the previous two novels of the series. It goes without saying that this was my favorite installment of the series because of how willing it was to go into the story's natural darker side. And it tied up everything so well!

As Good As Dead is both a page-turner and a brilliant genre subversion. Pip grows into so much more of a three-dimensional character, and when her flaws come out it makes you want to root for her harder. Ravi and the other supporting cast shine bright as usual, never straying away from anything but support.
