Ramita's Reviews > The Stand
The Stand

I didn't know I had the patience and energy to read such a lengthy book. But somehow, I managed to reach until the end, which I'm not sure was possible because of the writing style or the hype created by the reviews and comments.
I found the ending pretty bland and not something that I had imagined it to be.
What I found the most intriguing was the sociological perspective of what the world could turn out to be if everything comes to a stop. One of the highlighted points was that health is of the utmost priority for survival and how humanity rekindles itself again to form a small community and then expand.
