I have been meaning to pick this one up for some time now, and it was such a pleasant surprise! It has been so long since I have picked up a vampire/gothic story that I've loved. I was swept away by the characters and setting and didn't mind that they were someone lose about their abilities/how they managed to go unnoticed. If you've been searching for a vampire tale, I highly recommend.
