This is an amazing story about a man who seems to inspire every person he meets. It was refreshing to read that just one person with an unstoppable passion could actually change the world. Kidder's book is wonderful in capturing every aspect of Farmer's character, the good and the bad, as well as introducing the reader to the unknowns of Haiti.
