This book is fine. It just lacks self-awareness. There are a few mentions of being frugal and living on a budget, but they buy everything they want almost as soon as they can, and there鈥檚 never any real financial stress. I know that鈥檚 the truth of the story, but she never seems to acknowledge all the privilege in her life.

So, dear reader, you too can do whatever you want as long as you have a partner who worships the ground you walk on and lots of money. No shade to Ina, I love her and her recipes everything, but I kind of wish I hadn鈥檛 read it and could keep the image in my head I鈥檇 had before I started it.
