This book <3 ! I could't stop thinking about it. I found myself drifting off thinking about these characters while working or some other real life chore.. Three days after finishing it and I'm still thinking about it. The writing had me wrapped into Charli's and Rys's drama, such fantastic characters, you can’t help but love them. They deserved to find happiness. I was invested in these characters, thank the gods there was a HEA or I might have been a blubbering mess.
First love, abuse, trauma recovery, family drama and second chances, all come together beautifully in this story that will tug at your heart. This author writes the best characters, so fully developed. Charli goes to Ireland for a summer visit with her mother’s estranged family where she meets a boy/young man that is just the beginning of a life of love, pain and great joy.
