I didn't like this as much as The Year of the Flood which I read first (accidentally). But! Dystopian / Apocalyptic book lovers will enjoy the discomfort of this futuristic tale thru the prism of Margaret Atwoods genius. The Crakers by far were my favorite characters, and I wished for more time with them and Oryx. Less time with Snowman/Jimmy and Crake. I was conflicted and caught off guard with the plot twist in the last quarter of the story. The time jumping and shifting tenses was off putting at times. I finally decided I really liked this book in its last quarter. And immediately wanted to re read it when I finished it! Happy reading! Thank you Margaret Atwood.
