A Life Less Ordinary

This book is what I call "chick-lit", written by a woman for women. Usually a guy wouldn't be caught reading such a book. Well I'm here to tell you, this guy not only read the book in public but enjoyed it as well.
Manny Mankowski hates her job, got passed by for promotion (again) and wishes her life was less ordinary. So she quits her job, sells her house, gets all her money out of the bank and goes on a six month roadtrip. Before she embarked, she placed an ad in a local newspaper for a male companion to go along for the ride. Together they traveled on the highway to adventure. It is quite a story.
Victoria Bernadine is a pseudonym and the real name is not mentioned in the book. However, the writing is focused and polished and the author knows how to tell a story that is riveting.
So do yourself a favor and read this book. I liked it and so will you. Trust me.
