I want to say: This book could have been perfect. I just think that it fell short with how slow it was in the beginning and then half way through the character develops so quickly. I think the plot could have been shared earlier in the book and really developed into a beautiful story. it had all the makings -- it just I don't think was executed well. I wanted more of certain things. I think the FMC fell flat for me until like 150 and by then I was bored and annoyed of her.

I know this is incredibly critical -- I just think the magic was there and am disappointed the execution fell flat, which seems to be a reoccurring feeling I have with this author, so i think it is time I let her go.

Still a good read!
