** spoiler alert ** I finished this book, so freaking fast! I got it on Christmas and finished it on the 30th.....

I AM OFFICIALLY NEVER TRUSTING A BOOK EVER AGAIN!!! THAT LEFT ME EMOTIONALLY DAMAGED!!! I KEPT SWITCHING TEAMS EVERY 2 SECONDS AT FIRST I WAS TEAM CAL THEN I WAS TEAM MAVEN THEN CAL THEN BOTH AND NOW......

I was really starting to fall in love with Maven towards the end, then he had to go and ruin it all!!! 😭😭 At this point, im just WAITING for Elara to die! This woman needs to not just die but have a taste of her own medicine! She is the worst human EVER!! Also, the fact that no one on their review talked about that AT ALL!! Bugs me. The fact that this book gets an average 4-star rating is crazy because this was one of the best books that I've read in a long time. This is the first book I've read in a long time that left me with emotional trauma. Few books can do that, but Victoria Aveyard did it so freaking well!
