This Audible Plus freebie had more minuses than plusses.

K.L Slater is a talented and prolific writer.

Some of her books are better than others; unfortunately, this was not one of the author's better books.

Although the book was pacey and entertaining, it had waaay too many eye-rolling moments.

Also, to quote my GR friend Ceecee, the ending was a "damp squid".

As always, Claire Corbett did an outstanding with the narration.

Will I listen to more KL Slater books?

Just like my GR friend Ceecee, the answer is YES!
