it was amazing

Listened to the audiobook, and I'm speechless. At first I laughed out loud had to pause and digest that the narrator actually sounds like a child. I was a bit unsure if I could get use to it, but it happened to be surprisingly easy for me! Damn what a talent she is.
I'm completely convinced this book is best as audiobook.

It's the first book I've ever truly can say I feel is scary. Many stories are creepy to me, but scary no. This one...yes it was actually scary to me. I even managed to get a jump scare even without the narrator raised her voice! 😂

I loved this book, it's very well written, narration of audio is overly perfect, and though the secrets unfolding in the story could have been a bit more shocking for my taste, it did the purpose.

I had a hard time cooping with the mother's behaviour and personality, but as I assumed it of course has its place in the puzzle. No spoilers here, but my heart broke a bit in the end - it was expected, but I don't need crazy twists in every story I read, this is not what it's about.
