I loved The Thursday Murder Club series. It has everything; a great plot, fabulous characters and lots of humour. This latest book sadly falls short of all those things.

I suppose Rosie is quite a fun character. The rest just don’t fit. It felt forced and I found the story rather boring.

Maybe there’s a great book lined up and this is just them trying to build the characters for it. Who knows.
