We have a new member of our book club -- senior adult ladies. She selected this book or I would not have even started it as I did not like the author's book "Curious Dog......" In fact, I don't think I finished that one.

I always give a book club book a chance -- even if it's not my "cup of tea," so I tried to find something in this book that would keep me reading it. Gave up on page 171 -- I skimmed a lot even then. I hated the book. Don't waste your time. There are other one-star reviews that said it much better than I can.
