The Tell: A Memoir

Everyone in publishing & book promotion is talking about this memoir. I had to dig in. It is an incredibly moving story - honest, raw, brave, frightening, triggering but should be listened to (the author narrates) by everyone. Be prepared for hard topics such as sexual abuse, violence, rape & the supervised use of psychedelics to unlock deep rooted memories that had been blocked. Amy Griffin speaks to the notion that there should be no more repressed memories where we become the isolated victims of our past traumas.
